Hiring Process Timeline

• You submit an application.
• We email you a confirmation email once we've received/downloaded your application. This email will be sent to the email address you put on your application and will contain reference forms and further instructions.
• You either email or print off the reference forms and give them to whomever will submit them on your behalf.
• Once we've received all required reference forms, we will review your application and references.
• We will contact you via email to schedule an interview.
• If an interview is required, we can schedule them to be done in one of three ways - in person, through a video 'chat' application such as Skype, Google + Hangout, or Facebook video chat, and lastly if neither an in person nor video interview is possible, we can conduct them over the phone. Interviews last about 30-45 minutes on average.

Early-Bird Application/Hiring: From Oct 1 - Nov 15, our application is open to all elgible returning staff from our 2012 Summer Staff. We hope to notify all Early-Bird applicants of hiring decisions by Dec 15, 2012.

Open Application/Hiring: Our 2013 Summer Staff application will be available on our website beginning November 1, 2012. We will begin processing applications starting Nov 16 - as soon as the Early-Bird hiring period concludes.

Hiring Notifications: We strive to inform Session Staff applicants of hiring decisions by March 1, 2013 and Work Crew applicants by April 1, 2013.
