Hiring Deadlines

Early-Bird Application/Hiring: From Oct 1 - Nov 15, our application is open to all elgible returning staff from our 2011 Summer Staff. We hope to notify all Early-Bird applicants of hiring decisions by Dec 15, 2011.

Open Application/Hiring: Our 2012 Summer Staff application will be available on our website beginning November 1, 2011. We will begin processing applications starting Nov 16 - as soon as the Early-Bird hiring period concludes. We strive to make all Session Staff hiring decisions and notifications by March 1, 2012. Work Crew appliants should be notified of all hiring decisions by April 1, 2012.
