Staff Summer Schedule

At Frontier Camp, we have made it easy for you to come and serve with us. You have multiple options for work sessions.

For Session Staff positions, we offer the ability to serve for at least 4 weeks of camp. Each 4-week Session will include both Jr. Camps (ages 8-12) and at least one Teen Week (ages 13-16). We also offer Specialty Weeks that can be worked in addition to a Session. These Specialty Weeks are Home School Jr. Camp, Home School Teen Week, Midsouth Covenant Renatl Week, and Angelt Tree Week. All Session Staff positions require attendance at one of our Staff Training Weeks. For Work Crew positions, we offer 3-Week Work Sessions. Work Crew members do not attend Staff Training Weeks. They will receive their training during their work session.
We will be offering some Activity Certification Training the week prior to Staff Week 1 that will consist of Lifeguard Trainings, Leadership Training (for staff in leadership positions), Boat Driver Training and Challenge Course Training (each for Senior Staff who desire to either drive a ski boat or to be a facilitator at our Challenge Course during recreation activity times). *Please note that Boat Driver Training and Challenge Course Training will only be offered prior to Staff Week 1 and will not be offered during either Staff Training Week.*

May 11 - 13 – Lifeguard Training 1
May 13 – 16 – Leadership Training
May 16 – 18 – Boat Driver Training
May 16 – 18 – Challenge Course Training
May 18 – 20 – Lifeguard Training 2
May 20 – 26 - Staff Training 1
June 3 – 9 – Staff Training 2 (runs simultaneously with Home School Teen Week)
