This morning, the team woke up at various times ranging from 6 to 7 AM, before heading to our personal morning devotional. Afterward, we had a short bit of downtime before breakfast at 8 where we enjoyed some banana bread french toast and eggs.
After breakfast, we loaded up and headed to St. Margaret’s village. When we arrived, Mr. Raines and the rest of the GBP team joined us as we got set up and bagged 32 sets of food items from masa and rice to peanut butter and bread and went out in four groups to pass them out to people in the village. We got to meet families with kids who would be coming to day camp in the afternoon, as well as some elderly village citizens. This gave us the opportunity to pray over a wide variety of households and people. We got to see first hand how different the lives of people even in the same village can be.
When we headed back to eat lunch at 12, the meal was rice, meatballs, and salad. Once we finished eating, we headed over to the Country barn for some ice cream before heading to the village. We brought stuff for crafts, games, and our first bible drama! The Lord kept the rain at bay all of the afternoon. After an hour or so of playing soccer, throwing around a frisbee, and making crafts and paper airplanes, we gathered the kids together in the pavilion and started the bible drama. We will be telling the story of Daniel, and we finished Daniel chapter 1, ending with Daniel being appointed by Nebuchadnezzer.
After that, we let the children know we would be back tomorrow at 10 AM and headed back to Samuel’s Sanctuary. We got back just before 4 and so most of the team headed down to the river to swim, slide (and slip and fall), and just cool off before dinner, which was fried chicken with mashed potatoes and salad.
We were blessed to be able to go to an evening church service in the village after dinner. Caroline Russell and Aravis Kirch were able to share their testimonies during the service with Malkien translating. Matt Raines gave a message over Ezra and the importance of teaching your faith to the next generation.
We followed it up with continuing our evening devotional from Karsten before discussing activities for tomorrow.
Please pray for us as we run both morning and afternoon activities, including archery, sports, crafts, and much more! We are excited, and the children seem to be as well!
Goodnight from Belize! - William Russell and Brandon Henderson

Reading your post about exploring Belize really gives off that relaxed travel vibe, but it also makes me think how easy it is to underestimate the pressure of academic work while trying to keep life moving. I once had a law module essay due while traveling, and I kept falling behind on research and structure because I was distracted by everything else. In the middle of that stress, I used law essay help to quickly organize my arguments and keep the legal reasoning on track when I couldn’t focus properly. It made me realize that clarity in legal writing is just as important as the law itself, especially when deadlines and real life start overlapping. Its nice post. I really enjoying…
This is an incredibly helpful guide to cracking the wallcovering code! Breaking down the selection process into the three core pillars of color, pattern scale, and texture makes it so much easier for anyone to visualize how a room can be transformed without feeling overwhelmed. I especially love the insight on how vertical patterns can effortlessly create the illusion of higher ceilings, and how textured materials like grasscloth not only hide wall imperfections but also offer natural sound-dampening qualities. The way you articulate these design principles is so clear that it could easily serve as foundational material for anyone studying interior architecture. For design students or scholars inspired to write a formal research paper on the psychological impacts of spatial…
I liked how this blog shows the Belize camp experience, it feels full of teamwork, travel, and small daily adventures like games, meals, and exploring new places together. It really gives a simple picture of learning outside the classroom. I remember during a busy semester, I once used do my python assignment so I could manage deadlines and still keep up with reading travel stories like this. It made me realize how planning helps balance study pressure and enjoying real-world experiences more calmly.
